Pu Van Uk Cung, a resident of Texas, USA, who was visiting Mizoram, India, fell to his death from the hotel he was staying at in Aizawl on the night of April 14.
Pu Van Uk Cung had gone out for a breath of fresh air before going to bed at the Emerald Hotel in Aizawl, Mizoram, where he was staying.
Pu Van Uk Cung, 50, is from Tlangpi village, Thantlang township, Chin State, and is currently living in the United States.
Pu Van Uk Cung is also a trusted figure for Chin people in the United States, and is said to have been instrumental in raising funds for the revolution through the Chinland Club USA.
