During the five-month battle to capture Falam town, Chin State, 7 Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) soldiers based in Mandalay Division and 10 PDF-Zoland soldiers based in Tedim Township were killed, 3 Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) soldiers lost limbs, and about 30 soldiers were injured, the MBT and PDF-Zoland troops announced on April 10 and April 11, respectively.
Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) said, “We are extremely proud of the courage, determination, and obedience of the comrades of the Kyar Mae Commando and Kyar Mae Column (7) who have joined forces to take over Falam Township in Chin State.”
PDF – Zoland announced today, April 11, that 10 Chin Brotherhood members, including PDF – Zoland, were martyred during the battle to capture Falam Township.
The Chin Brotherhood group announced that the battle for Falam, which was carried out as a Chin Brotherhood operation, was fought jointly by the Chin Brotherhood (CB) and allied groups such as 96 Solider PDF, Anti-Fascist Internationalist Front (AIF), Burma National Revolutionary Army (BNRA), Burmese Revolutionary Technical Front (BRTF), Generationa Z Army (GZA), Giant Revolution Force (GRF), Harmonious Northern Brother (HNB), Kalay Revolution Force (KRF), Kalay Urban Guerrialla (Kalay UG), Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT), National Liberation Army (NLA), Revolution Ambulance Wolf (RAW Medical Team), Sagaing Federal Troop (SFT), Yaw Defense Force (YDF), Zo Army (ZA), Kalay District PKK and drone groups.
The battle for Falam was fought in 2024, The Chin Brotherhood Group, a coalition of six Chin armed groups, announced on April 9 that the entire Falam Township had been declared a military council-free area on April 9, five months after the offensive began on November 9,2024.
