The Mara Territory Administrative Council (MTC/MDF) issued a warning today, April 16, to the people living in Mara Territory, Chin State, from today until the end of June due to the breeding season of birds and wild animals.
In order to preserve the natural greenery and prevent the extinction of wild animals, the people living in Mara Territory are strictly prohibited from shooting, trapping, hunting, shooting, using chemicals in rivers, mines, and fishing.
The Mara Territory Council has warned that those who fail to comply with this statement will face severe action.
The Mara Territory Council (MTC) controls Lailinpi Township in Matupi Township, home to the Mara ethnic group.
