Chin Brotherhood Send a Congratulatory Message on the (16) Anniversary of the Arakan Army Day

In a congratulatory message on the 16th anniversary of the Arakan Army Day, which falls on April 10th, the Chin Brotherhood (CB), which is a group of six Chin armed resistance groups, sent a congratulatory message stating that they will continue to work with the Arakan Army in a long-term partnership with the Arakan Army until they achieve their goals, in a spirit of good neighborliness, by ending the military dictatorship and working for national equality, creating their own destiny, and mutually supporting the interests of the people of Arakan and the Chin people.

Regarding the Chin Brotherhood’s city-capturing battles, the message reads, “As the Arakan Army, which is geographically related to us, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Arakan Army and Arakan warriors who have fought with their lives, bodies, and limbs to liberate the ancestral lands of the Chin Brotherhood members from the military council, providing training, weapons, and political assistance to the Chin Brotherhood so that they can successfully wage city-capturing battles in our region.” The Chin Brotherhood (CB) also states.

 United League of Arakan (ULA)and the Arakan Army (AA) have been described in the Chin National Union’s message as major victories, and these operations have provided great support and hope for the end of the military dictatorship that the entire Burmese people, including the Chin Brotherhood, desire.

Regarding the journey of the ULA/AA, the Arakan Army has been able to overcome difficulties, crises and challenges in the Rakhine way for 16 years since its establishment on April 10, 2009. At present, the liberation of the entire Arakan region is within reach. The message sent by the Chin Brotherhood group also stated that many difficult battles had to be fought and many victories had to be won to reach this state.
