Today, April 13, at around 4 pm, the Military Council airstrikes damaged Myo Ma Baptist Church and some nearby buildings in Mindat,Chin State. Investigations are ongoing to determine whether there were any casualties.
On the night of April 9, the Military Council carried out an airstrike on an area in Mindat Township, District 4, in southern Chin State, killing 6 civilians, including an 8-month-old baby, and injuring 9 others, according to residents of Mindat.
On December 22, 2024, the Chin Brotherhood, including the CDF – Mindat, and its allies captured Mindat Township from the military council, and the Mindat Township People’s Administration continues to implement the Mindat Township People’s Administration.
