The Military Council conducted two airstrikes on Mindat town, Chin State, on May 7, resulting in civilian casualties and damage to residential buildings, the Mindat Township People’s Administration announced on May 7.
Two bombs were dropped on the area around Mindat town at 1:30 a.m. yesterday, damaging homes. At around 2:40 p.m., another jet fighter bombed Mindat town, damaging government buildings and staff housing, and causing civilian casualties.
On April 9, the Military Council conducted an airstrike on Mindat town, killing six people, including an 8-month-old baby.
Mindat town was hit by two bombs at 1:30 a.m. yesterday, damaging homes and damaging civilian buildings. On December 21, the Chin Brotherhood Group and allied groups, including CDF-Mindat, completely captured Mindat town from the military council, and the current administration of Mindat town is still being implemented by the Mindat Township People’s Administration.
