Three Myanmar nationals are among the 100 immigrants arrested during President Trump’s first 100 days in office, including 59 Myanmar national Tay Myint, 77 Myanmar national Thang Lam KAP, and 82 Myanmar national Samuel LUNG-Sein.

One of the Myanmar nationals arrested is Samuel LUNG-Sein, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for rape. He was arrested by ICE Chicago on February 14, 2025.

One of the Myanmar nationals arrested was Thang Lam KAP, who was previously sentenced to 7 years in prison for sexual assault of a child. He was arrested by ICE Chicago on February 17, 2025.

The 53-year-old Myanmar national, Tay Myint, was arrested in Texas for aggravated sexual assault of a child and served 12 years in prison. He was arrested by ICE Dallas on March 3, 2025. Tay Myint was ordered to be removed from the country by a US court on January 28, 2019.

President Trump has implemented a strict policy of arresting and deporting criminal immigrants to the United States within 100 days of taking office, including detaining and detaining them. In doing so, the US President has published and displayed at the White House the images of 100 of the many criminals arrested and their crimes.
